    Shelby C. Miller earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Toledo and graduated with honors. Ms. Miller earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and achieved the ranking second in her class.

    While in law school, Ms. Miller served as an Executive Editor on the University of Toledo Law Review and earned the highest grade in the class in Property Law I, Property Law II, Labor Law, and all of her Trial Practice classes. Additionally, Ms. Miller competed on the Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Team for two years. She was elected to the Order of Barristers national honorary organization for her oral advocacy and brief writing skills, as well as her participation in Moot Court.

    Ms. Miller was awarded a Peggy Browning Fellowship as a result of her work as a legal intern for the Sugar Law Center for Economic & Social Justice, where she worked on matters in a variety of legal areas, including labor and employment law, contract law, and constitutional law.

    At Collins & Blaha, P.C., Ms. Miller concentrates her practice in employment law, special education law, and general education law.
