Maddison M. MoserAttorney

    Maddison M. Moser earned her associate’s degree in science from Lake Michigan College and bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in gerontology from Western Michigan University. Ms. Moser earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

    While in law school, Ms. Moser served as a Note and Comment Editor on the University of Toledo Law Review. Her Law Review Note addressing Human Trafficking and Online Platform Liability was chosen for publication. She also earned the highest grade in Statutory Interpretation. Additionally, Ms. Moser was the President of the Public Interest Law Association, served as a Teaching Assistant for the law school’s Lawyering Skills course, and was an Academic Success Tutor who provided additional assistance to students in various aspects of law school.

    Ms. Moser was also heavily involved with assisting non-profits such as Advocating Opportunity and Crime Stoppers of Flint & Genesee County.

    At Collins & Blaha, P.C., Ms. Moser concentrates her practice in general education law and special education law.
