Averie C. Allen earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo, where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Ms. Allen was a member of the Student Bar Association, Women in the Law Association, Disability and Education Law Association, and the Criminal Law Association. She also participated in the University of Toledo’s Civil Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Allen focuses her practice on labor law, employment law, and general education law.
